I hate that about minorities. This society has turned minorities into victims since day one and now they openly embrace. It gets me so angry. Why? Because I'm a MINORITY! I'm Mexican and it gets me so heated so my fellow Latinos acting like they're victims of racial and societal injustice.
No one is going to come along and help you so you need to start helping yourself. So what if SOME people are racists a-holes, the only people that can affect your life are the people you choose to let influence you.
Okay, enough of my rant.
Here's my take on your question. All laws are in place for a reason and we can not pick and choose which laws to enforce and which to let slide because then we get into that scarey area of who decides which are which. Illegal Immigration is just that, ILLEGAL. The same as stealing a car, the same as robbing a bank, the same as assulting an old lady. "Walking across a border" may not seem as bad as rape as murder but it's still a crime.

No. Someone who has committed a crime needs to do the time. PERIOD. It's not the law's obligation to make sure each individual is a saint. Those who break the law suffer, you've got to love your family enough to refrain from doing wrong.
Very interesting point. For some reason, many don't view illegal immigration as a crime subject to punishment. There is no counterpoint to your question except selective enforcement of the law.
If you've ever been raped you would konw there's a huge friggin difference between someone walking over a border and someone holding you down adn havign their way...that's such an assinine comment...The whole immigration issue is a joke anyways.People automaticly judge others because of it. the law could care less about families. they are interested in how much money they can make. as for immigration,it is the lobbyists and corporations that control politicians,it is all about money too.
If that's the way you want to go, fine. It's going to be extremely unpopular. When the illegal aliens have children here, the children are citizens. Only a constitutional ammendment can change that. the children cannot be deported. period. they have as much right to be here as you. Yes you can legally deport the parents, but you aren't going to score any political points with such an action.

look I'm as against illegal immigration as anyone. But if you are jumping on board this issue in the last two years or so, you are 20 years too late to the party. the toothpaste has all ready been squeezed out of the tube. there is no way to cram it back in.
I say build a wall. China did it 3000 years ago, why can't we? but as far as deporting 20 million people, it's just not going to happen.

Excuuuuuuse me? Who broke the law and must suffer the consequences? That's the law!! How is it America's fault that a family gets separated when a parent gets deported or jailed?
Just deport their kids with them,then when they turn 18 they can come back if we aren't smart enough to redo the amendment that is being falsely interpreted to make the children of illegals citizens.

hmmm, its not the same thing. I am sure if they gave you a choice: Who would you like us to put in jail this guy who has molested a five year old, or this guy who crossed the border illegally you wouldn't choose the illegal would you?
That does not even compare. One crossed the border unlawfully and the who is a citizen committed actual crimes against other citizens, nice try .
