Is it true that you can get medicaid, social security faster if you are a illegal?
Is it this true in other states too or is Idaho just a fluke of nature when it comes to down to benifits to illegals? Are other states like this?
is there anything my brother who needs the benfits for him and his children can do fight back against the illegals getting his benifits faster than him?

Those are Federal Programs and NO they can't get them even if they have fake documents they can't get past the security measures in place.
I am not quite sure how your brother would know that unless he went with them to apply and then went to their homes and waited to see how fast they got those benefits. So no.. I don't think it is true at all.

Anyway I don't think the illegals are taking this benefit from Americans. Health care has ALWAYS been an issue in this country. The US should learn from CAnada a lot about this subject.

People constantly pull facts out of their backside and post it here. Most of them because they heard some talking head or yell radio commentator say it and take it as truth.
If people did their homework, which most don't here, then they would realize just how much pulling facts out of their backside stinks.
A case in point, there was a leftist yell radio commentator on KGO in San Francisco, Ray Taliofero (I think he's gone now) who made some pretty heavy statements about Bush. I went on the web trying to find anything that resembled what he said and came up empty. I even emailed him asking for his sources and never heard a word back. The same thing with Rush. His minions are walking talking robots of misinformation and lies because Rush says its true.
In short, most can't think for themselves.

Yes, I was disabled last year. I can no longer work more than about 3 hrs at a time then forget it for a while. According to SSA I am not disabled.

you have to be a citizen to get social security. but it is very easy for illegals to get medicaid and food stamps. Its not because the are immigrants though. It is based on income and how many is in your family. since immigrants have to work for cash to keep from getting caught then the don't have to claim all their income and they always have several children so they qualify before some Americans do.
