Unfortunately it seems that you can,many American Banks do give car and mortgages to illegal aliens.But not without a job and proof of income.Sad but true.

MILWAUKEE -- Javier and Araceli Garcia, illegal immigrants from Mexico, never imagined that the U.S. government would help them realize their dream of owning a home.
But last year, the couple secured a $54,600 mortgage to buy the gray, 1,158-square-foot bungalow that they had been renting for eight months. The Wisconsin housing authority financed the loan. The Internal Revenue Service gave them an identification number that enabled them to apply for it at local Mitchell Bank, which was happy to take their business.

Okay. Let's follow this through the steps logically. You are in this country illegally. The entity who sets forth the rules determining illegality is the government. So, you want to go to the government, who is the one who says you're illegal, and ask them for money. That's brilliant. Why don't you just go runniing into the nearest governmental agency screaming, "I'm illegal, I'm illegal. Please ship me back to Mexico!" What they'll do my little amigo is show you the next bus back to Mexico. Sorry life is so hard here, but I would've thought you should expect this is the way it would be. Talk to your friends.
