Take a course with a B1/B2 visa?

I am currently living in US with a B1/B2 stamp visa (I94 card. B2) wich expires in June. I want, during my time on US, to take these 2 courses:

http://www.unex.berkeley.edu/cat/course9... (8 meetings, 2hours per meeting).

and

http://www.unex.berkeley.edu/cat/course4... (10 meetings, o hours per meeting).

Can I take those 2 courses?.

Answer:
The rule is flexible: you can take courses if they are what we call "incidental to tourist travel." That is, they weren't the reason you went to the US, you just happened on them and sat in. It helps if they are not for credit, too. You can't study full time with a tourist visa, and can't take serious courses that will lead to a degree.

Generally, it is best to state your intention when you apply for the tourist visa so that the officer can annotate it in case there are ever any questions later.
As long as you dont over stay or your visa doesn't expire, i dont see why not. however i dont know if you will qualify for financial aid.
