What happens if i overstay my 90 days visa waiver?
Answer:
Gotta go now, hurry up and catch the next plane, they are coming for you,,,go ,,,,!!!!!
I'd get that fixed if I was you... it can really affect your record and even result in suspension for you Visa. Good luck.
4 days? Ha. Stay overstay 4000 days and you might hear from ICE.
Your butt is going to get deported.
you shall be hunted down and murdered lol
Technically, you could be banned from reentry for 5 years.
Call the imagration department explain the situation and get a 4 day extention, Honesty is the best policy. And being up front with them will help.
Plop out a baby and you can stay forever, and we'll pay for it...
Just get on the plane and go home. technically you have 4 days overstay but there is no punishment for you really. technically also you can be just removed without a hearing because you agreed to that when you came in as a visa waiver, but that is highly unlikely unless you have an enemy who is calling ICE every day. so basically nothing will happen. There is NO extension for the visa waiver program.
The best thing to do is to leave before the termination date. Your airline may work with you on this.
If not, go to www.cis.gov and get the number of the local office and get try to get an extension (may not be possible on a VWP).
Don't plan on ever coming back to the USA because the computer will automatically list you as an overstay.
