Why are the illegal Mexican immigrants always screaming racism when they are the ones who are bigoted?
Keep in mind before you call me racist that living where I do I have had many friends throughout my life who were Mexican both legal and illegal. I work with Mexicans nearly everyday, most of whom are illegal. The best I can say is that they are nice to my face, but when they think I can't understand them...
I've also worked w/ some that were not bigoted and I got along w/ well.

i asked this question a week or so ago and totally agree with you. If being a racist/bigot is standing up for our rights as usa citizens, then i guess i am a racist. I stand for being here legally, working hard and paying taxes, following the laws of this country, learning english, and being a productive member of our society. The illegals have a different view, they come here and work for nearly nothing, are exploited for their stupidity.. don't pay taxes, mooch off our social system, want benefits they didn't earn, they increase our prisons and crime rate, and then complain about how its not fair for them. I swear, i can't stand thinking about all of this. I have nothing against people who come here the legal way to make a better life for themselves. But i do have a problem when people come here illegally, disrespect this country by badmotuthing people and not following the rules, and then complain about everything when they are busted for being here illegally!! to me illegal is illegal..
This is a stereotype lesson. Any Mexican who is saying negative comments, very likely had a stressful situation with an American or someone who was prejudiced. I'm glad you've had the chance to interact with people from Mexico to realize that they are nice people and that they are not all the same.

They know our society like to remain politically correct, and if we hear this, we will get scared and enter our shell like a turtle. So to leave them alone do what they want, when they want...
Many immigrants are using this scare tactics, they just know our system well enough to use it against us...

They call you stupid american behind your back and laugh at our government. The spanish channels definately help them get to know their 'rights' that they actually do not have. They demand this and that and everyone feels sorry for them because they want to work. But they don't want to do paperwork. They don't want to learn english. Someone needs to give me a reason why they feel like learning english and filing correct paperwork is too hard for them.

I was denied a job because I didn't speak Spanish. I think I was discriminated against. I live in a country that speaks English and I should not have to speak any other language.
We have legitimate and legal immigrants from many countries. I do not speak Italian, French, Spanish, Mandarin, or any other language. Why should I be denied a job because I don't speak Spanish?

They use it cause they have run out of defensive tactics. When the racism card comes up they are now reaching for whatever scraps they can find. If it comes up in the beginning then they never had a defense to begin with.
It's like white supremicist statement, that their defend White culture. They need to justify their hate and make it look rational. It has to do with ego. Racist think their better than anyone else, but could not explain why others are more successful, so they start attacking. I think a high percent of the illegal immigrants who come here were treated badly in Mexico. They suffer abuse to the lighter skin elite in Mexico, and project their anger on Caucasians in AMerica.
They are always hostile and racist to us citizens especially whites then they have the nerve to call us racists.
It is the only thin line that they have. They got it from black people ( who were really discriminated in the past ) so they found a platform that makes whiety stand up and take notice.

First you need to define bigoted.When someone hates because of race that is prejudice.When someone hates for other causes that could be defined as bigoted.I for instance am bigoted on welfare abusers.I hate them no matter who they are.I'm bigoted against child abusers and molesters.I hate them no matter who they are.I'm bigoted to failure of some to teach their kids respect.I think they lack parenting skills and common sense.Maybe the people of whom you speak aren't displaying they hate you because of race but just something you personally do that goes against the way they were brought up.That's all nothing more nothing less.
My parents we're both illegal immigrants when they got here and they love the U.S. The people that say they hate the Americans and the country are just plain stupid! How can you hate a country that has given you the oppurtunity to do what you please? I don't get it!? I know where your coming from when you say they're nice to your face and you turn around and they are something else..I'm mexican and I'm manager at a pizza place and when they come in and they find out I speak spanish they expect me to give them a discount and when I don't I could hear them sometimes calling me "white washed" because I charge them full price..One thing I know for a fact about Mexicans is that if one doesn't make it then they all have to fall with him too, there's no support in the Mexican community for one another and thats just plain sad.
