Is Arizona on the right track in expelling there illegal population in mass?
Arizona makes it a crime to hire a illegal border crosser. (aka criminal) the illegals harp that the state will come to a complete stop without there tremendous strain on government the dole. If the diseased swarms leave on there own, would this tactic be copied by other states overwhelmed with invaders?

They are on the right track.the thing is, are the local business's there going to ante up and pay more for an American worker? They better or they may go down the toilet...
EDIT- before anyone starts...if the federal Govt would have done their job, the states would not have had to resort to these laws to begin with.

It is against the law for them to be here, against the law to hire them, so, why not round them up and send them back?? Finally someone stepping up and listening to the people.
I heard one church was going to provide sanctuary to illegals, the person they talked too recommended cutting the church's tax exempt status and make them pay back taxes on all the money collected. Once they act like that, then the church is no longer non profit and is messing in legal issues.
Lets hope so!!! keep up the good fight and keep contacting those government officials! this is no time to let up we have their backs against the wall.
The immigrant issue is a racist issue promoted as a divide and conquer tactic against the American working class by the wealthy elite. Global capitalism requires a global labor response. The uniting of labor throughout the world is the only way that the working class can effectively fight against the abuses of capital. Our jobs are being offshored and our wages are stagnant even without immigrant labor. We must fight for the rights of all workers throughout the world or our own destiny is that of an impoverished workforce.

It's a start. One day, this country will be only for Americans once more. Other people who want to become American are very welcome to live among us as Americans also; but, not as "illegals"...people who come here the legal way,and assimilate into our culture and learn the language, or at least make an attempt. There were some here illegally that trained as pilots and attacked us on 9/11. We should be a little more cautious.

Yes, Arizona is right to expell any illegals it finds. It's about time states started following and enforcing the law, the Feds sure as hell aren't! And one can only hope that all of the other states will follow Arizona's example. But don't count on Democrat controlled states to do so any time soon.
Yes Arizona is on the right track by following and enforcing the current laws on immigration. The only ones who are harping are businesses that must employ them. It will get better, they have until January of '08 to make sure their employees are legit and not illegal aliens.

Primarily because federal law prohibits state or local govt from enforcing immigration laws.

No. In a country there must be an industrial working class to prtoduce things. Since we don't have one that is why we send jobs overseas and then we also send money overseas for the products and that hurts our economy. If we have the illegal immigrants here then at least they help our economy by stopping jobs from going overseas.
If ALL employers of illegals were to lose their business licenses if found to be hiring illegals,that'll stop the illegal border crossings! When the word gets out that only Americans can work in America, the illegal immigrants will leave on their own pronto ! It's only the way our laws and business is set up now that encourages them to come here. If there was NO work for them,problem solved ! Lets go after the ILLEGAL employers..not the poor humans only trying to survive on the Earth. Pay a living wage to ALL American workers,and we will do any job ! Have you seen that "Dirty Jobs" show? I've done some of those dirty jobs,and with the right pay ,you would too !

People who said the jobs were going overseas, I doubt it. I think most jobs are in the service sector.

Just a thought. When we expel all the illegals who is going to raise all the little "legal" Americans that they leave behind. Since we are so interested in following law, remember all people born in the USA are legal Americans. I am neither supporting or bashing illegals just bringing up a rarely mentioned consequence.
