Unlawful Entry is a CRIME. Zero tolerance for immigration-law violators! No amnesty, no "stealth-amnesty." No "change of status," marriage fraud, "exceptional leave to remain," no "Temporary Protected Status." If you break the law, depart or be deported. Illegal aliens kill more US citizens each year than the war in Iraq has killed in four years. Apologists for illegal immigration like to paint it as a victimless crime. But in fact, illegal immigration causes substantial harm to American citizens and legal immigrants, particularly those in the most vulnerable sectors of our population--the poor, minorities, and children. Additionally, job competition by waves of illegal immigrants willing to work at substandard wages and working conditions depresses the wages of American workers, hitting hardest at minority workers and those without high school degrees. Illegal immigration also contributes to the dramatic population growth overwhelming communities across America--crowding school classrooms, consuming already limited affordable housing, and straining precious natural resources like water, energy, and forestland. Taxpayers are being forced to pay for the free health care, education, and other welfare programs being given to illegal aliens; Those tax dollars could be given back to U.S. taxpayers or used to keep our borders secure; They may be here illegally, but they sure know how to "work the system" to collect "free" medical care, "free" education, "free" food, Section 8 housing vouchers and other housing assistance, and hundreds of other social services. It costs citizens additional hundreds of billions of tax dollars at every level: local, state, and federal. It gobbles up billions of our charitable contributions. And much of that money ends up siphoned out of our economy and into offshore accounts. Illegal aliens, over half of whom work "under the table" with neither job nor income reported (nor taxed), are not counted as employed or unemployed. But some of those day-labor and off-the-books "job-lets" would be "real" jobs - available to American citizen job-seekers - if employment regulations were enforced. Illegal aliens can get away with tax evasion, et al., which citizens cannot. In short, we have too many workforce entrants and too few jobs created. The ratio works out to roughly 7-10 workforce entrants per job created. If all illegal aliens depart or are deported, all legal immigration halted, and all temporary employment visas abolished, we still have a problem with more US-born workforce entrants than new jobs created. Illegal immigration damages our country and our citizens every day at every level. And not even the attacks of 2/26 and 9/11 have awakened many Americans to the vast dangers illegal immigration poses to our selves, our families, our communities, our society, our values, our principles, our civilization. Zero Tolerance for Immigration-Law Violators! We must remember the lessons of 2/26, 9/11, and the costs we bear every single day. God Bless the U S A !

This is a tricky question to answer. I think I already know the answer you'd like the hear, but I'm going to play devil's advocate a bit.
While illegal aliens are law breakers, and don't deserve amnesty nor legal forgiveness for breaking our immigration laws, especially while others try so hard to come here legally, our economy cannot function as we know it today without them. Illegal immigrants fill a huge hole in our workforce: they do the stuff we don't want to do for the wages that can be paid. A farmer can't afford to pay each farm hand who works for him minimum wage and still plan to make enough to feed his own family. Illegals, who obviously don't have many choices, fill those jobs because they're willing to work for less...as long as it's something. That's why you see a proliferation of illegal aliens in agriculture, and low-grade service industries.
So no, I don't believe we should deport every illegal. Thumbs-down me as much as y'all would like.
No, they should be granted voluntary departure to save my tax dollars. Deportation is burdensome on the court system, and the taxpayer. It is also time consuming.
Voluntary departure is what is most commonly granted to illegal aliens from Mexico.
We of course record their entry and run records checks first then they are taken to the border and return to Mexico.
All other illegal aliens should also be returned to their respective countries in similar manner. Their governments should foot the bill.

no because its impossible, and some illegals blend in better than people that came here legally 20 years ago. Rememeber deporation costs more money in tax dollars than it does to legalize the good ones, and throw out the bad ones like drug dealers, thugs, pedophiles, murders, cororpate theifs. Im not footing the bill to break families apart, and pay 30% more for my tomatos at the supermarket. Economics 101 people, and yes illegals do drain taxdollars and that the failure of the tax system and its design not the illegal . Still, i say its a draw because illegals pay in social security and not get a dime back, and pay income taxes, and dont get deductions like a normal person would. therefore its draw in terms of costs and benefits.

I wouldn't say every single one should be deported. I think a very large part of them should be. I think if they come forward and allow a back ground check and can prove that they have had a steady job for more then 5 years, a place to live, are willing to pay taxes, can speak or will learn to speak English within 6 months of coming forward they should be able to stay. If they are not willing to do all of these things then get the HECK out of our country and stop trying to drag us down.
I understand that America is a country made from poor uneducated immigrants but we must all remember that all great things that are made can and will fall apart if you don't keep and eye on it.. What i am saying is that America has come along way in a short amount of time, if we allow millions of people with no intention of becoming Americans to live in America it wont take long for this great country to turn into the same country all of these people are fleeing from.
