Another immigration plan if you can stomach it?
The main problems we have are with those that
1.) Cause trouble ie: burning the American flag, badmouthing Americans, and demanding rights. Those folks have got to go. Straight back to their motherland and if they are caught again, prison time.
2.) Drug sellers. Since the American governement has shut many 'mom & pop' meth labs (dont' laugh I'm being totally serious) the influx of illegals has quadrupled and the import of ephedrine to Mexico has jumped from 3 billon tons to 53 billon tons a year. I'd say legalize drugs here in America and do what we've done with alcohol. That would put that element out of business.
Answer:
1) Legally impractical. People are innocent until proven guilty. The police cannot just round them up because they're expressing their opinion.
2) You have something there. Legalizing drugs will put a lot of drug-dealers out of business, as well as save the American tax-payers a lot of money (which is required to enforce these laws).
I suggest these solutions, although they require some changes in legislation:
1) Remove the automatic citizenship for babies born of illegal immigrants. Require that the automatic citizenship apply only to children born of legal residents of USA. This will remove the incentive for illegals to have children in America to get access to social security, education, and medical benefits.
2) Remove access to free schools and medical benefits for illegals. Require proof of legal residence to be eligible for these education and medical benefits.
3) Put into effect the Fair Tax. The Fair Tax system taxes consumption (consumption tax as opposed to income tax), and makes it much harder for illegals and criminals to avoid paying taxes (where they can avoid income taxes).
...I say, just send them ALL back (illegals). They are all criminals.
I say we start deporting all illegals and enforce our current laws. No amnesty and build a fence of the border!
Call your reps and tell them No AMnesty and Build the wall!
I say enforce the law and make it known to every country and visit their government and make it to be their governments responsibility to educate their citizens of the immigration laws so USA won't have to use their resources for it.
When I say enforcement of law, make the punishment clear and hard. No amnesty, send them back and give them chance to go through the proper process and if caught again put to prison and do public service and put signs on the border that says "If you cross this border illegally you will be shut". Sign stated in English so their country will be oblige to educate their citizen and not our citizen try to learn their foreign tongue.
If it is stated and they still break it, then it is because they are guilty of breaking the law that was enforced. So these law breakers will learn how to respect the law.
I am not originally from USA, I am from Philippines and I undergone the hardship of going through the legal process so why can't they? We are informed by our country that if we get to other country illegally we will be subject to that countries law (imprisonment or death penalty). Our country even if not well off economically tried to educate us and made sure we are quality workers before we leave to work, before just tossing us somewhere. Their country should also take responsibility for their citizens as well.
You want to legalize drugs to solve the illegal immigration problem? Isn't that sort of like cutting off your nose to spite your face? Your right about trouble makers they need to go but legalize drugs?
Sorry just wanted to make sure I heard that right. I could maybe understand pot, but meth, cocaine, etc.?
Sorry but I don't agree that "many of the illegals in this country are simply people who want to work and better their lives." They are actually people that don't care that they are hurting another country. They seem to feel ENTITLED to the thinks they get here. They just don't care!
They demand rights they don't have. They steal jobs that Americans want. Many steal identities and don't consider the fact that their VICTIM has a major problem when they have to clean up the mess. Sorry but I have no sympathy for 20+ million people that are criminals because they are breaking out laws!
The Senate's amnesty bill is a piece of crap and it is destructive. an estimated 80% of Americans DON'T WANT THIS GARBAGE TO PASS.
I think the best immigration plan is to just enforce our current laws! Heavily fine or jail the employers. This will dry up the job market and the illegals will self-deport themselves. WE DON'T NEED THEM!
Please don't call me racist since illegal immigration has nothing to do with race. It doesn't matter WHERE they come from. If they are illegal, they shouldn't be here!
Well I hate the USA, and just like the federal attorney from Mexico said, the americans are hypocrites, and they produce the biggest amount of drugs in the world, and the peddle the stuff inside the usa, not the foreigners, so leave us alone.
Why not just use a new technique send all drug users who get caught to a remote island instead of the pushers. Most of the users will change their mind and stop buying then the rest won't be around to buy and send me the money you'll save instead of building a useless wall, So i can buy myself a meth cook for my pleasure
