What do you need to know to become a US citizen?

My mom is studying like crazy all these things for her citizenship test. But does anyone know what are the most important things she needs to know? Please give any tips/advise.

Here are some study materials, go down to the bottom of the page and print out flash cards etc. For me, flash cards work best because you can put them aside as you learn them and concentrate on those you don't know yet, then when you get through them all, run through the entire stack to check. But that is just me.
She really needs to look at getting the study guide for the test, if she doesn't have that already. Most public libraries have the study guides. The tests do vary though, so if one person's test was mostly past president questions, another person's test could be more about the different branches of government. The test guides are normally pretty good.
How to shoot a gun is one thing.

Another (seriously) - is the national anthem..she will have to recite it.

Answer questions over presidents (when they were elected, impeached..whatever)..like who was the 34th president, and what year was he elected in?

She has to know how to write English (dur) and speak it.

And the most important..our History. When was the Civil War? Why was it fought? These are the most important things here.
