If someone was deported with a class D felony is there anyway for that person to get there legal status?
Answer:
Everyone makes mistakes. I think if they are a good person and only made the 1 mistake they would be able to. But thats what I think you will have to check with Immigration.
I would certainly hope not.
nope. even those with misdemeanors who are in the us as refugees can be denied us citizenship.

I sure hope not.
I need to know what state and the charges against them, in most cases no, they are gone and for just reasons. Your question is to vague. What did they do?
I certainly hope not!
no
Should not have committed a crime in the first place, many come here apply and get status, and then cry when they commit a crime and are facing deportation,,that should be an "automatic" deportation for anyone and for any crime,,,,
no, the government has become even more strict about enforcing that. A person needs a very clean record to become legal.
It is possible.it will depend on how long ago it was, what it was for...and it will depend on the Discretion of USCIS...notice I said possible...but it is not common.
Bush & Ted Kennedy would ban NOBODY including terrorists, convicted felons (murderers, rapists, pedophiles) and gang members (M-13, others).
That person will have to sneak back in to the country before Leave No Illegal Alien Behind is passed - either by Bush or the next president.

Make sure he doesn't pay any taxes either. Bush demanded that illegal aliens not pay their income taxes while they are illegal.

No, banned for life. Perhaps a pardon by the governor of the state in which the felony conviction occurred would help, but that's a long shot.
