To be quite honest, your grammar sucks and its kind of difficult to know exactly what you are saying but my best guess is you want to report an illegal immigrant. The best thing to do is not ask the question on the internet (MyTend of all places too?), and talk to somebody you can trust and who would actually know the proper way to do this.
