H1B Visa Query: If marriage status changes AFTER H1 approval, but before stamping, whats the impact on H1?

A friend of mine has a query around H1B Visa for the US. She is married and currently in the US on H4 (dependent Visa). She has filed for H1 this year. Her question is that once her H1 filing is Approved (but not yet stamped), and then if her marriage status changes from married to unmarried (divorced), will that have any impact on H1 Visa/Stamping.
