Is it possible to have an Conditional green card and a permanent green card?

The question says it all. Is it possible? If it is how can that happen?

Answer:
Conditional green card is for a reason called " CONDITIONAL ". U must satisfy certain demands(conditions) before the INS could issue u a permanent once. Example: If u marry a spouse from a different country, she will get a 2 years Conditional Green Card, untill she could proof that the marriage was in " Good Faith " & not for the Green Card. Many guys & girls have abused the system in the past by marriage for the Green Card, so the INS came up with this " Conditional " Law.
no you get one then the other.
Not that i have heard of.

I think the conditional is supposed to be replaced by the permanent one after 2 years...but am not too sure.
Conditional green card last only two years, and after that you must get your status and get permanent green card. That meant it is not possible.
