If person US citizen - can he/she move to Canada and do business/work there?

If person Canada citizen - can he/she move to US and do business/work there?

Please advice if person need some kind of visa in this situation.

If you want to work in United States and Canada in both situation of course that you need a visa. You have to apply in each embassy and to have a proof that you already have a job with the company that hire you. Good luck.
