Work visas for unskilled workers are not being issued right now. H1b visas are for college educated, skilled workers (nurse, teacher, physical therapist, etc...) only.
Why can't you and your spouse provide this to your kids, by the way it's called: Parenting.

You can probably apply for the H1B Visa aka sponsorship visa. There are a few requirements eg. you are unable to find someone in the country suitable to fill the position.
