I think we need to cut off all benefits other than emergency health care that make it 'comfortable' to live here when people are here illegally.
Banks can do what they want with their money, but to the extent Bank of America uses investor/account funds to offer their programs to illegals, they are risking account holder money on investments with quite possibly fake ID, which would sure seem to me likely to have a greater default rate than normal credit cards, etc.
In any event, it seems like a risky investment to me, and is also contrary to my policy convictions, so I will be moving my accounts out of that bank.
Don't complain if an illegal buys a house and gets deported to his country, it only make your country richer. OH and the US government doesn't give a **** about us poor folks, just so you know.

If the are illegal they should not get any benefits that come with being in this country. First of all they need to learn to speak English before they do any of the other things. They do not deserve any special treatment for breaking the law.

Of course it's wrong! Since they are illegal, they can't legally work in this country, therefore they have no legal income to pay back the loans! IF they pay it back, it would be from illegal money, either from working illegally or from illegal activity such as drug trafficking or dealing in stolen goods.
