I'm British my hubby is a u.s citizen- we've been waiting for my green card for....18 months!!!! your process is going to take much longer as ur partner is just a green card holder...not to put your off or anything but its such a long process, it'l either makes you or breaks you....if you decide to try moving there good luck and make sure you have a stable job for the time your waiting for your visa because you'l need something to help you pass those 2 years of waiting. my heart goes out to you.
