After being deported from usa for drugs.when can you return?

Answer:
you can't....I know of no way to legally do it. you have shot your wad and that is it...You should have thought of that before you got involved with drugs.

Then of course when the new North American Union is formed and there are no more borders between the Canada, the USA, and Mexico maybe you can then...that is supposed to be by 2010.
Never. Banned for life. If you come back, and get caught, it's a minimum of 5 years in federal prison then deported again.
Never.
you can't. It's not like a "time out" in a corner. With all the new security since 9/11, there's little to know chance of returning. Be happy though, in many other places, it would mean life in prison or execution depending upon the quantity of drugs!
Drug related felonies are difficult. Best chance is to appeal deportation, if this didnt help, then nothing will.
NEVER,, I hope!!
never.
Aldrete-Davila, is now suing the U.S. government for $5 million,After getting cought with drugs twice.first time Border Patrol agents return to the suspicious van and look wide-eyed at almost 800 pounds of marijuana, worth about a million bucks on the street. Im sure you've heard the story.
Can't return, USA doesn't need you, but the junkies do.
Never..you should have stayed in your own country to begin with.
imback is right
apparently there is an opposite reaction if you're with the illegal mentioned, he got tracked by the prosecution in Mexico and caught but NOT for arrest but to be offered amnesty and even citizenship to testify against the two border agents who caught him. They, not the illegal drug smuggler in this case, got 10-12 YEARS in prison with the criminals they had busted. one got severely beat up so far. So it REALLY depends if your guilty of possession or a hero for possessing.

It could be someone else tomorrow if we don't get INVOLVED in this Abhorrent affront on our society. There are already 1200 terrorist groups in US w/weapons-Homeland Security who are you?
Depends on the drug classification, amount of possession and or determined intent, if misdemeanor amount maybe 5 years or less if proper requests are submitted in proper order if found to have sufficient evidence to be considered eligible to deserve a reduced penalty. If more serious, get used to seeing the U.S.A. on T.V. or postcards.
never!!!
when you get more drugs
