Can my Russian wife ,who still has a Russian pass port go to Spain without a visa.if not where do i get one?
Answer:
You state that she still has Russian passport. Even if it's not clear enough it sounds like she lives in a different country and that might effect her ability to travel. If she has visa or certain documents allowing her to travel in EU countries she would not might not need any additional visa when visiting another EU country.

If she is in Russia she would need to obtain visa to Spain since Russia is not a EU country and does not have visa- free agreement with Spain.
She will need a visa,Russia is not part of the EU, I don't know where you would get one, Had she been say French and looking to go to Spain she would not need a Visa
Contact the U.S. Immigration Dept. website and enter this question. If you get know answers contact the U.S State Dept website. Either way talk to someone from either dept. You may have to wait through recordings but be persistent and you will get your answer.

she will need a visa and u will ned to contact the spanish embassy or consulate in london or which ever country u r in. the sapnish are under the shengan agreement which allows her to go to maority of european countries excluing uk on that visa
Yes, your russian wife requires a visa to visit SP. You get it from the spanish consulate in London. Any valid UK visa is not valid to travel to Spain and neither vice versa.
Yes, that 's because RUS is not part of EU.
She would need to contact the Spanish embassy to check on their requirements, and most likely apply for the visa. Leave plenty of time!
Obviously, if she becomes a UK citizen, she would no longer need any kind of visa.
If she has an exsisting Uk visa she may apply for a Schengen Visa which will give the right to visit any EEC country. The Uk did not sign that agreement.Otherwise you will have to take the long route through the Spanish Embassy.
Unless she has a British passport as well she will need a visa, available from Spanish embassy.
Na zdorovye!
No the guardia civil will shoot her! Must be legal..
