Oh my god...I am soooo going to hell for this comment....BUT At the mall where I live, they take the carts from the stores like Sears, JcPenney, and just push them all over the mall. Every time I see one I think...what the hell

i live in an area with a lot of mexicans.,........... and i don;t see them pushing their kids down the street in a shopping cart...........i have seen people of all races do what they have to do to get by.,,,,,,,,,,,, at least you have been fortunate enough not to have known that life......or you wouldn't be laughing at someone who has...and i hope it has made you feel the bigger person now.......oh_hell
Any poor area you see people walking, not driving. How are they gonna get their groceries home? and ya, they keep them and put them to use.hahahah What they need to do is do like NYC. They put blockers out there so that people cant take the carts out of the stores.

Well, they tried for a while, but they found out when pushing a cart across a busy highway with kids in it the front wheels wobble.Stealing doesn't bother them it isn't tought to them that it is wrong and a sin.

They have all noticed when they rode in that our elected government officials care more about the ILLEGAL vote count in their districts than they do about securing our borders, backing our border patrol agents, and law enforcement, and protecting our citizens from violent crime and ILLEGAL drug trafficking.
Here is San Diego they steal the carts from the grocery store and often times they end up back in Tijuana! It is a house on wheels!!!
