Why are some people questioning whether it is legal or not to deport ILLEGALS?
Why do we need laws to backup currently existing laws? Isn't that a sign of a massively failed judicial system?
Answer:
It is legal to deport illegals.
However, Hazelton, much as I admire their attempt to do SOMETHING, is going after housing which is particularly protected. They are doing it because residence confers the right to schooling, and school costs have gone through the roof with ESL damaging education for our own children. However, if they catch a person legally here in that housing restriction, it could take months to clear up, and what, in the mean time?
I support their efforts, but I am waiting for the court decision on that one. I don't know how adequate the protections are in the law itself. I haven't read it, completely.
I knew the judicial system was flawed a long long time ago. Its impossible to change though. Its would take a revolution to change anything in this country.
You got it, its lack of enforcement. Control our borders and ports, enforce all our laws. Problem over, illegal immigration, is fixed. And yes, its that easy.------- They can be deported, but the will has got to be there.
I've never heard anybody question the legality of deportation since it is legal.
We must enforce our current laws, and that means deporting/jailing the illegal alien criminals that are breaking our laws. That also means jailing employers that hire these criminals. Dry up the job market and they will leave!

We need to change the status of some of these people from immigrants, to invading enemy combatants. Many are armed, countless incidences of drug smuggling, Quorans and prayer rugs have been found countless times, not to mention the overruning of border patrol stations by armed men, I could go on.
Unfortunately our judicial system no longer embraces 'blind justice'. It has become a political tool to change the makeup of the structure of the U.S.
Somehow it seems the judicial system and political parties are conspiring against U.S. citizens who have spent their lives living by the rules, paying the taxes, two parents working 10-12 hours a day to make ends meet, putting up with teachers having sex with students, universities indoctrinating their children, universities that are encouraging indiscrimate sex, having babies out of wedlock, abortion, drugs and liberalism is every form while prosecuting and inprisoning cops, border patrol and other law enforcement in order to be 'politically correct'.
Illegal Aliens cost the middle class taxpayer Billions of dollars a year. We need to stop all illegals from coming to this country.
Good question! We should respect the laws of OUR land before going and trying to add on more. I personally don't understand what is so hard to understand that if you cross the border you are a criminal and should be prosecuted.
The people which we have elected to office need to start doing their jobs and start giving money to the border control and ICE so they can hire more men and women to do their jobs, and quit prosecuting them for their doing the job!
I personally don't like how the illegal aliens are able to LEAVE THE CRIME SCENE AND COPS LET THEM GO! But that is what we are working with right now!
Simply put, because they are idiots. Our court system has been out of control for a long time. We have liberal elitist judges that literally legislate from the bench. Like little mini dictatorships.
Common sense should prevail but it doesn't. Our courts should laugh at the lawsuits that get filed. The decisions our judges make border on insanity.
Look at Brown vs the Board of Education.
The Supreme Beings decided that it was not ok to bus someone to another school because of their race but it was ok to bus someone to another school because of their race.
Now figure that one out.
In 1994 the voters in California passed prop 187 by a landslide. The ACLU filed suit against it and a liberal Democrat Governor, who was later impeached, allowed it to die in arbitration. This was landmark legislation that would have effectively curbed illegal immigration and turned back the tsunami of illegals flooding the state. It never made it to court. Now, 13 years later, our liberal elitist state senator, Dianne Feinstein, has declared that 80% of her loyal subjects favor legalizing illegal immigrants. She lies of course, but that is her justification for supporting the No illegal left behind act.
Now read between the lines. The liberal elitists know the American people are pissed off. They can see that the people are starting to take action. Legislation is being passed all across the nation to address the issues that Washington won't.
All they can do now is file suit, slow down the process and wait for the liberal elitists in Washington to grant them all amnesty. The Hazelton laws then become unenforceable because now everyone is legal.
Why do you think they wrote the latest bill behind closed doors and are now racing full steam ahead to ram it down our throats? They want to pass this bill next week. You better call your State Senator every single day and tell them if they vote for that abortion of a bill that Kennedy puked out you will start recall proceedings immediately.
