Um no. I'm Mexican and I love Mexican men. You're just being racist. I'm not saying anything bad about white men, just you. And Mexicans are known for being hardworkers and out of all the Mexican men I've dated, none have been drunks. Also, they have always treated me like a woman. I'm not saying white men don't know how to, I just don't know where you are getting your 'facts' from. I think you've been misinformed or just don't open your eyes enough. I mean I <3 white men too, I just don't see the differences you are talking about...

you have to keep in mind we are talking about millions of people here. This person asking the question might have come across lots of mex. women with wht. men. through his life. But it may not be the case that 'so many' are.
Putting race and other things aside, when people get money or they are smart and have a good job they generally have more chance of getting what they want. All people want a good looking person to marriage with. So the upper-classes will always end-up being full of good-looking people.
I agree love is blind, but Lou is NOT asking about love he is asking about ATTRACTION.
Bottom line is most Mexican men have little or no respect for women of any race including their own, they believe they are superior over all women. I am not saying this to be labeled as a racist, because I am definitely not a racist.
I am saying this out of observance.
And it is not just the Mexican men who have these views, their views are shared by other races and nationalities of men.
But I do agree that the majority of White men(excluding some Europeans) do treat women as equals. So there is a definite reason for attraction. I myself could never date a Mexican, Greek, or Italian who thought they were superior to women.
Because I DO know my place in this world and it is definitely not under them. I could never be tolerable to be treated as property, and be forced to obey a man. I would never allow a man to beat me and put me in my place.
So why the attraction? Well its simple it all has to do with RESPECT, INTELLIGENCE, and the way you were raised to respect women.
