I'm 20 yrs old born outside the US. Greencard/citizenship???

My dad was born in the USA ,my grandmother gave up his citizenship due to Vietnam, if he were to become a US citizen again, am I elligible to become a US citizen or get a greencard?

Answer:
If your father is a US Citizen then he can sponsor you for permanent residence as a dependent but he needs to sign an affidavit of support for you and put you on his tax returns. If he is willing to support you and pay an attorney you should have no problem if he makes a wage above the poverty level and both you and him have no criminal record. But it also depends on your current Visa status, if you are currently without a VISA (illegal) you may have to go back to your country to file all the paperwork. If you have a criminal record in your home country you will have a very diofficult time getting permananet residence.
Have a child in the United States. That automatically makes you a citizen =)
No you are considered an adult you have no special rights at your age
