The Mexican lady that used to live next door to me is now gone, and a new one is on her way here. The one that did live there was only there for about 4 months. Just long enough to give birth to her baby. Now she has been moved elsewhere.
Who can I report this activity to and how do I do it?

In addition to reporting them to the government, go to the county tax office and find out who owns the property. Contact the owner and let them know what is going on.
