Back in Nov 2006 my Husband's whole family was given a deportation order. Personally I think they were deported because they were hard core Muslims and didn't hide it. (When I say hard core Muslims I mean they believed in certain things that were outright illegal here in Canada.) One of my brother-in-laws never reported for the deportation order. I want to know does the arrest warrant have an expiry date? Will he be able to stay in Canada if the police cannot catch him in time? I'm worried because my brother in-law has a dangerous STD and I know for sure he does not care who he infects because as his told me numerous times, "Canadian women are all filthy whores."
Please help
Answer:
I'm gonna guess that a warrant in Canada that's nationa wide doesn't have an expiry date. He needs to get on a flight home to his birth country, or show up to an immigration judge.
