If a person breaks into my home is it illegal, and can I shoot them?
Hey illegals, this country is MY HOME, Get the hell out.
WHY can't we treat illegals who break into our country like we would a citizen who break into our homes, don't they want the same treatment as a citizen, or just the same job and money.
As to what threat are they, I see all over these boards where they claim they will soon be a power in our country, proud to be Mexican, and demands for us to let them determine if our laws are applicable to them. They break the law by being here, this makes them automatically a criminal with no rights.
Can't we shoot them before they take over as so many of them have declared is their intention. I am feeling my childrens safety is threatend.

Yes,if you have an intruder and you feel your life is threatened,the law says you can shoot them. As someone mentioned though,only in the front,no in the back shots. If they're running away, you have to let them go.

Hes not being racist, just generalizing. I would say it is a safe generalization. It is mostly mexicans who are indeed "invading" this country. I'm talking ILLEGAL immigration. First of all, you can shoot someone in your property which you bought with YOUR money that's a threat to you or your family. America is your homeland, but it does not belong to you. Therefore, taking "justice" in your hands will only make you a far worse criminal than an illegal immigrant. The fat cats want cheap labor and the Democrats want the Latino vote, which is why John Kerry said illegals ought to be allowed to vote if they can claim to have been here for five years already.
