I'd like to know about Mexico's immigration policy?

If you get caught illegally in Mexico, is it an automatic deportation? I would assume so, but I'm not sure.

Also, do you think that if all of our jobs got shipped to Mexico, would there be an outopouring of support for illegal Americans in Mexico that were looking for work? Your opinions?

Answer:
Mexico has a single, streamlined law that ensures that
foreign visitors and immigrants are:
• in the country legally;
• have the means to sustain themselves economically;
• not destined to be burdens on society;
• of economic and social benefit to society;
• of good character and have no criminal records; and
• contributors to the general well-being of the nation.
The law also ensures that:
• immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;
• foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;
• foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;
• foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;
• foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;
• those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison.
¡Viva México!

You get deported unless you have Money you can sit in Prison up to 8 years.
Believe it or not, Mexico has tougher immigration laws than we do. We should adopt Mexico's tough laws.
Mexico's immigration policy? Please contact the Mexican Embassy in Washington, DC.

Support for illegal Americans? Probably not.
Of course not. American's aren't even allowed to own land in Mexico. What kills me is that those in support of illegal immigrants, don't take any of that into account.
Mexico's Immigration Policy?.ummmm.coming in?...or going out?..going out,well.There's safety in numbers,and take the family,they need the vacation,and ammenities...coming in...mmmm.Toe the mark gang.or you'll be on our chain gang..
I don't know but I would like to try out their immigration policy
We wouldn't get by with what they do here, we would rot in some god forsaken hell hole prison.

Marching in our streets!

Please!
edyep!! its pretty much a one way invasion!! They get a HUGE chunk of our pie but we get VERY little in return. I lived there for three years, if gringos tried even 1/100th of a percent that they try to get and do get here we would be round up and deproted en masse, they would NEVER tolerate gringo drug dealing gangs killing its citizens in the streets or setting drug territory. NEVER! welfare? state bennies? for a gringo? forget it! you anit getting jack from their shiftless stagnant govermment
Shoot first and don't get caught asking questions. One of your fellow border agents might mistake you for one of the illegals and shoot you.

Seriously, no prosecution of border agents for shooting on sight, even if illegals are killed.
if they did, it probably isn't enforced (if you understand how corrupt the government is)
as for the question concerning american illegals in mexico, i seriously doubt it. millions of mexicans are pouring into the us (for good reason, too), but i've never heard of anybody trying to get out of america to live in mexico.
Ps to victor s: i see the us-mexico border on an almost daily basis. i have yet to see that happen
