How can i go visit russia?
Answer:
I've been in a very similar situation.
If you leave the country, it will be very hard for you to get another visa to return. When you go to the consulate, they'll know that your mom is here which will raise suspicion in their mind that you're coming to America to stay for good.
Don't leave if you plan on returning.
go to Alaska
get some warm clothing
build or buy a good sea kayak
and float the Bering Strait
If your mom had citizenship, then it would be easy for you to go, but this way I don't think you can leave the country and then come back. I entered the US easily because I was under 18 at that time, and my dad was US citizen - that's the best and easiest way to come in and almost immediately get citizenship. Maybe you and your mom should try to get green cards- that way you would be able to go out of the country. Sorry, I can't really help you. Good luck!
if you have an American passport or hold a visa, you don't need to reapply for entrance into the country.
well not unless things have changed recently.
call immigration services to make sure.
if your mother has a visa, i doubt they will make a big stink out of it.
If your mother does not have greencard, but she has applied for green card, she can't leave untill she gets it. If she leaves the country, she would most probobly not receive greencard. She will be able to go for up to 6 months per year when she receives greencard. Also, you can get greencard before you turn eighteen and travel on your own.
