Is there anything legally available for U.S. Citizen who fled the country on bail..?
Anyone have an experience or heard of a story similar to this? If so how, if they returned, was it possible?
Thanks
Answer:
nope. no way.
Nope you can't get back in. I mean he can't get back in.
"He has done good..." Um, exactly what is this supposed to mean? Armed robbery is a pretty hefty offense, and I'm sure that's not all that's on his rap sheet. Come back into the country, expect your come-uppins.
Look up Alex Kelly , they returned him.
He cannot come back in. Sorry
It is not possible to return. There would still be a warrant out for his arrest. The Government doesn't really care that he has been a good citizen ever since he commited an armed robbery 15 years ago. If he is caught, he will go to prison. It's pretty simple.
With the current level of security checks in airports today, if there is any warrant at all out for your friend, he will get arrested. Stay where you're at and continue to live a good life, Sorry, tell your friend that.
To the dumb *** illegal alien who doesn't know s*** about the U.S. go back. Stop taking welfare money. Get a job. Go back to your country and fix the problems instead of running away from them. You have no rights in the U.S., so why stay?
If he step foot on U.S. soil, he will be arrested. No statute of limitation because he fled the country. Theres probably a warrant for his arrest.
I don't know what the statute of limitations is on armed robbery. It might be fairly long. However, you could call a criminal attorney and discuss the possibility of a plea bargain.
