I am registered nurse from philippines and a permanent resident here I cant register for the board exam here?

I can not find an employer who will assist me to take the board exam here in singapore.

that's not true. i do know quite a few people who are registered nurses here.

how long have you been with your present employer? perhaps you give it some time and ask your supervisors later on. have you discussed your career path with them?
If you are a permanent resident, you should approach the nursing association of singapore and apply for the test your self first.
No employer will be willing to hire you if you do not pass the test first.
If you really want to take the test, then find some Nuns they
can help get you in without all the red tape and I'm not even
Catholic, but it just don't feel right trying to say no to them.
