Using previous SSN and State ID card?

A friend of mine used to have a work Visa for the US and with that she got a Social Security number stamped with the words "Valid for work with DHS authorization" - her Visa expired and it wasnt renewable. She also has a valid California state ID card . would she be able to use these to get a job in the US?

She can't do it legally. She shouldn't even be here if her visa is expired.
