What does it take for someone to get deported back to Mexico ?
Answer:
if he is actively breaking the law or they catch him driving or something ......... when i was calling immigration and asking questions about my husband i was trying to be a secretive and stuff and finally the lady told me ........."honey we know they are here........ out of sight out of mind"i am not saying they won't but normally they are not going to make a raid for one person............ oh_hell
Is he working illegally? Maybe they can't have him personally deported, but they can turn in his employer. Why would your family threaten him if he isn't doing anything wrong? Besides being here illegally, which is bad enough.
He could probably kill the president and nothing would happen, some dumbshit group would become his advocate
Don't worry. Our politicians would rather 'nuke' America before they would ever deport an illegal alien back to Mexico!
so he gets deported......his illegal azz
will be back the next day.
Only if he commits a felony. They can't just call the INS on him even if he's illegal; immigration has more important things to do than attend the calls of some whiny people. No worries!
It takes alot right now. The bigger question to me is....what does it take to keep them there once they have been deported?
A act of congress? No wait we already have that . ICE deports them and a week later they are here again.I guess the law is only for AMERICAN citizens not illegal law breakers!
jay walking
It would take a new presidential administration and justice system that actually wants to enforce immigration laws and protect our borders. The laws are not being enforced. If he is illegal and commits a felony, his visa has expired, he uses false identification, etc, he is supposed to be deported. Once deported, he is free to sneak back into the USA with yet another false ID, because our borders are not protected.
we the people who are feeding him sure the heck hopes so.
