Go to your city council, but don't jump to the conclusion they are all illegal. It sounds like a situation any local government should want to det rid of - not to mention Home Depot itself. That sure isn't where I would do MY shopping (squick!)

You need to contact Immigration, this is a federal agency, so I would look it up in the phone book under Federal and see if you have an Immigration Dept. in your area. I live in a border state, so we have the Border Patrol in our town and Customs and Immigration in the larger city north of us.
Urinating and deficating in public are issues handled by your local police or health department. Blocking traffic is a local police issue. If you know they are illegal immigrants notify the ICE office near you. I can't provide any numbers because you don't say what town you are in, but to call the police 9-1-1 is a safe bet.
If you know they are illegals and you shop at that Home Depot you are part of the problem.

Our town officials flew all over the country to towns where they claim to have "fixed" this problem.
They came back and set up an (illegal) labor center that is manned by Catholic supporters. Although the idea was to limit the illegals in our town, it hasn't.
80% of the illegals sit at the center and get hired daily. The other 20% just hang out and undercut the labor prices at the labor center. Slowly more illegals are coming to our town and it is so stupidly out of control.

harris...they are illegal...the same thing happened to me. I ask them for some ID. They had none...gave me the "no speak English" routine.
As for reporting them?? It won't do any good. I wrote to Home Depot to complain about the same thing. They told me that they don't support illegal immigration. When I asked them why do they allow these people to loiter on THEIR property and harass customers, they couldn't give me an answer.
After that episode, I boycott Home Depot and shop at Lowe's.

There are lots of phone numbers on this site. Do the illegals really stand in public and drink beer then throw their cans down?! I can't even drink beer on my front porch without the cops harassing me! Anyway, don't complain to Home Depot, as they are partners with La Raza and want them there. I think your doing the right thing. Call and report these individuals. If people don't hire them then how will they support themselves. Will they start to commit crime in order to survive here? If they aren't here legally then they need to leave.
They are a burden on our country if they aren't here LEGALLY. There are enough Americans struggling that would love to have construction jobs etc..

If there are other people in your neighborhood concerned about this, you can try to get the city council to pass a law making it illegal for day laborers to congregate outside public places. Just keep complaining about the trash and urination. If you make enough of a fuss, they will do something. It has happened in several places.
Calling immigration won't do anything, because you don't know for sure that they are illegals.

Gotta make sure their illegals. Go to whoever owns the property and complain. I cant believe some contractors use these guys to help with their jobs. I would also picket the contractors who hire those illegals.picket home depot, complain daily to the police.Go to your local labor union they like to hassle non-union laborers and business' who support them. Its like prostitution or drugs if they are on 1 corner and you bust them they move to another corner and you just have to keep making it hard for them to conduct business.
