Can i still get accepted in college, if my permanant resident is expired?

Answer:
Permanant does not expire. But if you visa has expired you need to go to your local consulate and get a new one.
I thought you said it was "permanent"?
that depends on whether you are talking about a state residency or a country residency. If you are talking about a state one then yes you can still get accepted to that college but you will be paying out of state tuition and that is really expensive. If you are speaking about something like a visa for residency inside the country then you probably wouldnt get accepted
I'm as puzzled as everyone else. But if you mean that your permanent resident CARD has expired, then you need to renew it. Will a college accept you while you're in the process of getting a new card? You will have to ask.

Here is form I-90 and instructions about how to renew your card. Next time please send in the renewal before it expires:

First ask yourself what "permanent" means! There's no expiration for permanent residency unless one commits a crime for deportation. And colleges should NEVER accept deported criminals into their institutions and expose their other students to danger!
Permanent? Maybe you should go back to your country of origin and get a basic education first.
In California you can even have your tution paid for.

IS THIS A BUNCH OF SH_T!!!
As far as I know it depends on the college. You should probably get the paperwork in to the right people about applying for a new one before you try to get into a college.
