Call the IRS and tell them who you are, where you live , and exactly what you want to do. They'll send you the right stuff.
Illegal aliens can get an ITIN or Individual Tax Identification Number so they can pay their taxes, but I believe they are not legally eligible for the earned income credit or for many of the credits available to other hardworking taxpayers. Some illegal aliens commit tax fraud and welfare fraud and other types of fraud. They are a small minority among illegal aliens, but they seem to get a lot of attention. Also some illegal aliens simply get rotten advice from notarios and other "tax consultants" who don't understand how tax law differs for illegals. The illegal honestly believes he/she is entitled to the credit or doesn't really understand what the tax credit is and trusts the person who completes the paperwork. This happens a lot.

My experience with most mexican people, although they are illegal, I have found out how faithful they can be to their bosses, to their catholic up-bringing and their children.
Also, they will get paid a lot less, because their bosses know they can get away with it, and the workers accept it, because they have to feed their families..." and anything in the USA" is better than what they have in Mexico
According to my neighbor who not only works for a large well known tax preparation company but also teaches classes in tax preparation they are not issued tax numbers they steal them and they are not legally eligible for the EITC.
