Parental rights are different from immigration rights. The CHILD has the rights to parents. However, that does NOT mean the child has the right to bring in or legalize those who should be somewhere else. Just that you have a right to have your child delivered to you periodically to visit, etc.
As their mother, yes, you do have rights!
