Should "citizen arrests" be allowed for illegal aliens who have outstanding orders of deportation?
ICE could publish the names, photos, and other info on those who do have the orders of deportation.
Also should deportation information be made a matter of public record? Like traffic or criminal convictions?

While it sounds good, in actual practice vigilantism almost never works out. Someone inexperienced or overly zealous will injure someone they've detained, and the government then becomes legally liable because they authorized the individual to act.
Not to mention that we know damned well that far too many people are going to be needlessly rough in their "arrests" because they're angry and enjoy hurting others who have no power to protest their treatment.
Vigilante-ism leads to violation of Due Process, which leads to the unlawful detention and punishment of people.
What if the alleged illegal alien does not want to go peacefully? Are the vigilanties allowed to use force to "arrest" and detain the illegal? What kind of force is reasonable and allowable? What if the illegal is killed?

Great idea! I think deportation orders should be public record.
Hmmmm vigilantes with guns arresting anyone who looks ethnic, how long do you think it would take before a disaster happened? Why don't we leave law enforcement up to those who are trained for it.
If you do not feel our laws are being enforced contact your legislators and demand a change but taking the law into your own hands is a seriously bad idea, don't you think?
No, too much room for abuse.If you detain someone who isn't illegal, but looks like someone on the "public record", what do you do then? People in this country are protected from unlawful search and seizure in this country.Even illegals have rights under the Bill of Rights.

You can make a citizens arrest at any time but it is best to remember there could be consequences that may result from your actions.

Yes, they should be allowed or at least an easy well-known way to report for immediate response by authorities.
ICE has a most wanted list, but I don't think it's extensive enough. They should post the list on television like in America's Most Wanted.
Absolutely. I think a lot of citizens would participate.
That said however, the citizens who wish to do this should go through some training, a mandatory program so they keep themselves safe and know what they are allowed by law to do.
Think about this people. The illegals do have a hidden agenda. There is a movement against having english as the offical language of America and several Democrats are supporting this agenda.
There is also legislation going on right now to give illegals social security benifits, keep in mind that none of them have paid into it.
What does that mean? It means that the cost of health care insurance will go up, and there is a good chance that you and your family wont have any because you wont be able to afford it.
Also keep in mind that when you or your kids need social security it wont be there, because the illegals took it all.
Of course this is all after you have paid into it for years. And do you think any of the illegals will thank you for giving them all your hard earned money for all those years,dont bet on it
