If company will ban me for 6 months, can i still come back to uae on visit visa? My contract is unlimited.?

i filed my resignation effective january 31, 2007. i joined the company december 2005. my visa stamping will be one year on march 2007. my company still not give me my resignation copy.

they wont give it to you until your time is over.most of them companys in uae also keep some of the income of yours also ...then you have to go back to your country and wait until the 6 months ban is over and yes after that you can go back on a visit visa.Good luck :)
