If I stay longer in US than it is allowed to me with my B2 visa will it be possible to travel to US again?

I want to extend my B2 tourist visa as I got into an accidant in US and cannot go to my native country within the given period. My visa expires on 01/23/2007 but I still visit a doctor cause I have problems after the accidant. So I cannot fly for 15 hours I have backache ...GIVE ME A GOOD ADVICE PLEASE

Answer:
You can't extend your visa inside the U.S. If you overstay more than 180 days after your visa expiration date, you'll not be able to enter the U.S for 5 years. If you overstay more than 365 days, you are not allow to enter the U.S for 10 years...though you can appeal your case. An advice would be an immigration lawyer.
You should contact the immigration department to extent your visa.

They will ask you for proof and documents. All you need is to keep them aware of your situation. If it is expired you will probably have bad record in the file.
I have never heard of flying on a airplane, hurting your back. You really need to get back to your homeland and let the doctors there get started on your aches and pains.
hide out and become illegal alien
It is the departure date on your I-94 that determines how long you can stay. The expiration date on the B2 visa is the period in which you can make application to enter the USA.

If the I-94 date is the one expiring, you can get an extension by going to your local Citizen and Immigration Service (CIS) office. You can find them at www.cis.gov. They can extend you an additional 6 months.

However if tou have a B1/B2/BCC (border crossing card) it can not be extended.

If CIS extends your I-94, there is a charge (around $100.00) and you will need an appointment.

Failure to leave by even one day makes you an "overstay" by the computer and your visa will be cancelled and a lookout created on you.

Fix it right or go back.
The B2 visa CAN be extended when you have good reasons, and it seems you do, as long as you pay for it.
My parents did it for me when I visited the states after high school.

Get your doctor to do a paper saying that you cannot travel right now and get in touch with the immigration as soon as possible to deal with it before your visa expires.

If you over stay, you are at risk to be deported and forbidden to enter the US soil for about 10 years! So work on it.
Wow 4 weeks ago you asked how to extend your b -visa and after you found out that you can't do that (while you in the USA ) you had an accident.Life is strange sometimes, isn't it ?
But to answer your question. Go to a doc and after he check you he should write a testimony for the USCIS ,then it should not be a problem .
