How do I help sponser someone from the Phillipines?

I have a friends who wants to come here to school .I was wonder how I can be a sponsewr or help him come here for school.But money is a problem for him. Plus he's not near manila to get to the emabassey?

You can go to USCIS.gov and find out anything you need to know. I have a Philippina fiance who is comming soon. I petitioned for her visa, but my family and my uncle and aunt are sending affadavits of support. that is kinda like sponsorship but the forms are dif. All you have to do maam is get his personal information and contact info. Be sure he really used your money for schooling.You should also tasked someone to monitor his schooling status on monthly basis, so that your money wont get wasted.
