I am not living in Canada. Is there a way to get the Canadian nationality without traveling to Canada?
Answer:
I'm assuming by nationality, you mean citizenship. No, there's no way to get Canadian citizenship without living in Canada. Actually, you have to live in Canada for 3 years as a Permanent Resident (PR) before you can apply for citizenship.
To get the PR status, you have to apply for it, usually as a skilled worker. To see if you meet the requirements for a skilled worker, take the self-assessment test here:

Good Luck!
Apply at the Canadian Embassy or High Commission, nearest you. You could try marrying a Canadian to expedite the situation..
