MY ex-wife is a green card holder, it expires in 2008. She recently quit her job. Her whole family is in the?

USA as citizens. She is NOT a US citizen. I will not sponsor her. How can she renew her Green Card?

Answer:
Why do you care? Is it that you don't want your ex about? Are you hoping she'll be deported?

More than likely one of her family will sponsor her and take care of her.
If you refuse to sponsor her that implies you have a mean streak and therefore one wonders why you are concerned with how she will renew. It is rather like canceling your daughter's $100,000 wedding because she has displeased you and then asking how the wedding will go ahead
If she can prove she divorce you on grounds of abuse, she can renew the green card.

Did she come to the USA to marry you and is currently a Conditional Permanent Resident? If so, the only two ways she can do it are either by claiming spousal abuse or claiming that she entered into the marriage in good faith whilst you did not. If she is your ex-wife and she is still here I am inclined to the view that she will be able to get a permanent Green Card without your input.

If she already has the "permanent" green card she does not need you to sponsor her. The next step is citizenship, which she can apply for on her own.
