To address the question,it was very wrong to upset theses children,they are the ones hurt and embarrassed by this.I am surprised that this happened in MN.Don't all legal Americans taxes support the schools,roads,bridges (the infrastructure ) of this nation? Why weren't the parents notified by the school with whatever BS explanation they could offer ?

Only in the good ol' US of A! Unbelievable! I hope this woman gets a lawyer and sues that school. I don't suppose the ACLU will come to her rescue; however, if it was a non-English speaking child who was denied riding on an English-only speaking bus, they would be right there, immediately!

Daisy is right if this was reversed and the kids were denied because they couldn't speak English the ACLU and everyone else would be all over it, probably screaming racism and anything else to get the attention they want.
