Do i qualify?

my dad (mexican) had a petition (brother to brother) from my uncle ( us citizen) back in 1997 wich was approved in 1998, i was listed in that as a minor and i was still in mexico at that time, but nothing happened since then, i came here 5 years ago (illegaly) and now i'm married to a us citizen, is it posible that i quialify using the 245i that was aproved back in 1997 and get my status fix?

sorry about my english, i'm still learning :)

Answer:
Get yourself a good US attorney and you might succeed
go back to Mexico and start the paperwork. Sorry but you are an illegal alien and from everything I've heard you have to start the paperwork in your HOME country. That's not the US. Being married to a citizen doesn't automatically make you a citizen!
A law was passed by Bush administration back in 2002-perdoning anyone entering us illigally, or staying here after their status expired. You have to pay 1400 fine to ICE and than can adjust your staus here in US. I know someone who went through this process.
No, you are illegal. Do not mix things. You want to get it one way or the other no matter your status. Illegal is illegal no matter her marital status or previous attemps to become legal.
Go back to your country and do it the RIGHT way.
