Good luck with that, when it comes to the laws and regulations of immigration things are ever changing. If you where worried about the ramifications maybe you shouldn't have broken the law ya know?!
What you have been arrested for is going to be a point. Example, arrested for speeding isn't going to carry the same weight as someone arrested for dealing drugs or murder.
There are risks involved in everything in life. The fact that you have broken the law is NOT a good impression. Look at it this way - what would be your countries opinion of allowing someone in that was arrested? What would make you think that the United States view would be different?
Better to go in than not to. If arrested again and this time not here legally - it is going to go much worse for you. For then you will have added on top the breaking of federal laws which would mean at the least deportation or very possibly jail time.
if you've been arrested 3 times please get the **** out of our country. We have enough problems with criminals here, we don't need people coming to visit and committing crimes.
I guess you did not learn the other two times, but unless you have been deported, you should still have your card, unless its going to expire, which means you need to renew it. But if lyou have been deported, stay in your own country and commit crimes there, I bet you won't??????
just what were you arrested for??? go back to your own country if all you are going to do is break the law!!
