What countries are required to have US visa, prior to entering USA?

Answer:
All countries that are not a part of the visa waiver program.
They will have to have passports coming into the US starting 1-20-07. All citizens entering.
If you are just visiting (for 90 days or less), yes, countries on the Visa Waiver Program don't need Visas, everybody else does.

If you want to work or study, especially long-term, then pretty much everybody would need a visa for that specific purpose.
