The deal is not just the trash left behind, which is in itself an enormous outrage. And of course "legal" Americans litter. But to this degree?? The main thing is that they are on their way to enter the US "illegally" So I am not shocked that they leave such a mess, if they are so intent on ignoring our laws. From their first steps respect does not even enter into the equation.
If our government doesn't care about illegals killing American citizens, what makes you think they'll care about trash? These people can and do get away with anything...
i think that does suck...but what about everyone IN the US that litters...how many million pounds of trash are thrown out of vehicles and dropped on ground every day just by us "legal" citizens.....they do it to survive the trek, we just do it because we're lazy and ignorant.
