How do you get released from an INS detainer.?
Answer:
Can you visit him ? Ive heard INS detention is like being pulled away to Auschwitz in the middle of the night by the Gestapo. He can resurface back in his home country and you'd have no idea he was headed there.
Let him go back to where he came from and come back to the United States legally. We have enough legal criminals without the illegal ones adding to them.
You can't, not with a felony pending against him. He's a big-time flight risk.
If they prosecute the felony he's going to prison. He'll be deported and banned for life after he serves his time.
If they don't prosecute him they'll deport him and ban him for life.
If he comes back, and they catch him, they won't fool around. He'll get serious time in a federal prison.
