How do I bring my foriegn fiancee to America the fastest way possible?
Would it also be a good idea if he comes to America on a tourist visa and I go to city hall and marry him the next day?
Answer:
Fance visa.
Use a lawyer, but do it legally..........................
If you are trying to get him the fastest way possible, get married over in Poland. Still, I would check with the American Embassy and see if that's all you need, or if the marriage would be considered legal. (I have a friend in Sweden...Sweden has two types of marriages they consider legal, but only one is considered legal by U.S. standards. Since they have "the other one", their kids are U.S. citizens, but she still isn't.)
HELLO, IAM HAPPY FOR YOU BOTH, LET I T BE SAID THAT WHEN AMERICA WAS STRUGGLING TO WIN INDEPENDANCE THEIR WAS A POLISH FELLOW BY NAME GENERAL KOSIUSKO A VERY BRAVE MAN WHO NEVER WAVERED IN HIS PASSION TO HELP, AND SO YOU HAVE AN AMERICAN CTIZENSHIP, HE IS POLISH, AND VERY HONERABLE BY HIS HERITAGE, SO THE ANSWER IS HARD BECAUSE OF 9/11 BRINGING HIM HERE IS AND WILL BE HARD BUT NOT IMPOSIBLE, IN THE NAME OF FREEDOM AND GENERAL KOSIUSKO ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE, SO THEN MY ADVICE IS TO GO TO THE EMBASSYIES OF POLAND AND THE USA, AND ASK THEM TO HELP, IAM SURE YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED, GOD BLESS THE POLISH PEOPLE FOR THEY SUPPORTED OUR REVOLUTION, AND HELPED MAKE OUR USA, BEST WISHES.
Get married in Poland, then file an I-130 and a G-325a for each of you with the supporting documents directly at the US consulate that handles immigration visas. If you have any specific questions about immigration you might look into the following website. WWW.visajourney.com it is a forum where people who are in various stages in the immigration process for bringing their families to the US. I am sure that there are many there who like you have a Polish spouse and working on bringing them over.
good luck
